You'll get reminder emails as your renewal date approaches. If it lapses, your account moves to the Free plan automatically — your site stays live, and nothing is deleted straight away. Anything beyond the Free plan's limits is paused from editing until you upgrade or trim it down. If your site is still over the limit two months later, after several emails, we remove the newest items above it — deleting what you no longer need, or upgrading, stops that at any point.

Free-plan sites that sit untouched for a long time get flagged and emailed well in advance before anything happens — logging in and making any update at that point puts everything back to normal immediately.

A social page is rented ground — the platform decides who sees it, and you cannot send a customer a link that shows your hours, your prices and a booking form in one place. This is yours: one address, everything on it, and it still works for someone who does not use that app.

Paid plans allow more bookings each month, and if you go past your allowance the booking is still accepted rather than turned away. If you travel to the customer, switch on home visits and they give you their address when they book — it reaches you with the booking, so you know where to go before you set off.

Yes. Pick the languages you want to offer and a switcher appears on your page. Arabic reads right to left properly. The buttons and headings are translated; your own words stay exactly as you wrote them.

Yes, whenever you like. Your account profile has a "Download my data" button that gives you everything you have added, and your customers' enquiries and bookings, as one file. If you ask to close your account it is deleted after 14 days, and you can stop that at any point during those two weeks — you will see a reminder every time you sign in.

If it is your first payment for a plan, ask within 14 days and you get your money back in full, no reason needed. A domain cannot be refunded once it is registered. The Refund & Cancellation Policy has every detail, and every new site starts with a free trial, so you can decide before paying anything.
